Providence authors have new books published.
Jan Faust Dane has written a new addition to the eat.shop guide series,
eat.shop new england, featuring Portsmouth, NH, Burlington, Vt, Portland, ME,
Newport, RI, and, yes, Providence. This fun series about eating and shopping in
cities here and abroad is perfect to take on a trip, real or imagined.
Will Morgan's newest book, Yankee Modern, published by Princeton Architectural
Press, is on the work of Newport architects, Jim Estes and Peter Twombly.
The book considers ten of their firm's lovely and thoughtful houses in Rhode Island
and Connecticut.
